Configuring the smartwatch is very easy, but don’t worry because if you have any doubt we will always help you to solve it, by chat or email.

Not at all, watchseniors is already a cell phone specially adapted for the care of our elderly. It is the family members who link their smartphones to the watch.

Within the app you must go to “More” and then to “Settings” and deactivate the LBS option.

Both the smartwatch and the app are in English.

In the main menu go to “More” and then to “GeoFence”. Press “+” to add a new security perimeter. Set the perimeter on the map. Enter the name of the zone and then set the radius of the fence (200m-2000m). Finally save the configuration. Once the security zone is saved you can activate and deactivate it or edit it whenever you want.

Within the settings you will find the work mode option, there are 3 options, from less to more frequent: 1 hour < 10 minutes < 1 minute. If you choose the higher frequency option, the battery life will decrease. You can also do this from the main menu by selecting the Mode option.

In the main menu click on “History”. Inside you can see which routes you have followed, filtered by date and time.

Access the settings and within the phone book you can save up to ten phone numbers.

You can determine which phone numbers call the watch, accessing settings and selecting the White List option.

Go to settings and click the SOS Number, then you can save up to three phone numbers for emergencies, don’t forget to save at the end.

In settings you will find the “Do not disturb” option, set up to four different ranges of hours in which the device will not interrupt our elders.

If you have already configured the SOS numbers, the only way to access the device will be to access the option enabled for this function from the settings in the application.

Go to “Talk” from the main menu and press and hold the “Maintain communication” button.

The device comes with a two-year warranty.
